Turkish Super Lig powerhouse Besiktas rejected Ajax Amsterdam’s offer for Super Eagles captain Wilfred Ndidi.
Ben Jacobs, a transfer specialist, claims that Besiktas offered the 29-year-old a €2 million loan with a €12 million buyout option.
Last summer, Ndidi joined the Eagles from Leicester City, a Sky Bet Championship team.
A few days after joining the team, the defensive midfielder was chosen vice-captain.
Earlier in the window, Besiktas reportedly turned down an approach for the player.
Ndidi’s injury from the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations is now healing.
