Social media personality VeryDarkMan has fired back at a report claiming he held a secret meeting with the Inspector-General of Police, Tunji Disu, in Abuja. The story, published by Sahara Reporters, suggested the private meeting was linked to matters involving activist Omoyele Sowore.
VeryDarkMan swiftly denied the allegation and publicly challenged Sahara Reporters and its publisher to provide proof within one hour. “@saharareporters and @yelesho you have 1 hour to prove this to Nigerians or shut down your pages 👀 man is embarrassing himself 😩,” he tweeted.
The report has stirred significant debate online, with many questioning its authenticity and demanding evidence to back up the claim of a clandestine meeting with the police chief.
So far, Sahara Reporters has not provided any further proof or clarification on the matter, leaving the controversy unresolved as the public watches closely.
