The former DMW star claimed that his great skill is often disregarded by the people and utilized the platform to vent his deep anguish over what he sees as a lack of respect inside the local music industry.
Dremo bemoaned the fact that he continues to suffer from a bad reputation and that his mic skills is not appreciated. The rapper pointed to the Nigerian market’s current situation as a significant obstacle, implying that the local inclination for pop and Afrobeats has put the rap genre in jeopardy. The difficulties faced by hip-hop musicians who refuse to completely switch to mainstream commercial sounds are starkly brought to light by this lack of regard for lyrics.
