Former Nickelodeon child actress Kianna Underwood was killed in an early Friday morning hit-and-run tragedy in Brooklyn, New York.
The 33-year-old actress, who starred in the 2005 Nickelodeon sitcom “All That,” was struck by a gray car while crossing at the junction of Pitkin Avenue and Mother Gaston Boulevard, according to law enforcement officials who spoke with TMZ. The driver of the vehicle allegedly fled the scene and is still at large at the time of reporting this article.
According to sources, Underwood was carried underneath the car for about two blocks before being left unconscious on the road, suffering serious injuries to her head and torso.
At approximately 6:49 a.m., the NYPD received a 911 call, and emergency personnel soon responded. She was declared dead at the spot, though. The driver is still at large as of the time of this report, and no arrests have been made.
Before leaving television, Kianna Underwood was well-known for her parts in other Nickelodeon shows, such as “Little Bill.”
